How fast do you ship?
We’re not Amazon even though we love them. Packages don’t pack themselves, jump into an oversized box, and land on your porch in 24 hours. What we do promise: your order will be packed with care. Perfect every time? Nope. But we’ll always try.
At launch in October 2025, order processing may take 7-10 business days. The growing pains of a startup are real.
Our goal: ship within 3-5 business days. Reality: sometimes life happens and it may take us an extra day.

What if there is something wrong with my order?
We try to get it right every time, but mistakes happen—because we’re human, not robots. If we mess up, we’ll make it right.

Life’s too short—and so are some hemlines. If it doesn’t fit, flatter, or spark joy, don’t settle. You’ve got 30 days from delivery to cut ties and send it back.

– Your full name
– Order number
– Reason for return
We’ll reply within 3-5 business days with next steps. Once we get your item back, the refund goes to your original payment method.
